Kalpa-Taru Power do Brasil Participações Ltda. has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Fasttel Engenharia Ltda in Brazil.

This acquisition is in line with the buyer's strategy to strengthen its core EPC business and have a greater geographic presence in stable and growing markets.
