Transaction Overview

Lavebras, the largest Brazilian laundry service and textile management company, acquired the Curitiba and Ivoti units from Chanceller Serviços de Lavanderia, specialized in the hospital segment.

With 67 units distributed throughout Brazil, the completion of this acquisition allows Lavebras to further consolidate its leadership position in the hospital segment and in the southern region of Brazil.

Transaction Overview

The founder of Chanceller will become part of the governing body of Lavebras. He will work in the commercial and operational areas in the state of Paraná and also in the institutional development of Lavebras throughout Brazil.
