Transaction Overview

Itelligence acts as a SAP Global Platinum partner, offering IT strategy and transformation consultancy, software deployment and implementation for SMEs and large companies. In 2018, Itelligence generated approximately E $ 927 million euros in total revenue. NTT DATA, owner of Itelligence, is a subsidiary of the Japanese telecommunications group Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation. It employs around 9,200 people in 26 countries.

FH sold a majority stake to Itelligence Group, which with this acquisition expands in one of the fastest growing economic regions in the world. The agreement creates a strong alliance for SAP's innovative business between Germany and Brazil. Due to increasing demands in relation to transparency and compliance, there is a high demand in the largest economy in Latin America, mainly for ERP software solutions and financial management. The two partners also see substantial growth potential in the areas of marketing, CRM, e-commerce and IoT solutions.
