Transaction Overview
With 35 years of operation and more than 8 thousand qualified businessmen and executives, a reference in Rio Grande do Sul in education for leaders and entrepreneurs, Cenex - Center for Business Excellence, integrated into the ecosystem of Atitus Education and now operates under a new name, just CNEX.
The acquisition of CNEX strengthens the vision of transformation through education, contributing to the formation of leadership in the main companies of Rio Grande do Sul. Unlike a traditional class, where it is in the classroom that the student receives content for study, CNEX prioritizes the so-called flipped learning method. The content is sent to be read before the meetings - which become moments of experience exchange between executives and the facilitator, who acts as a highly qualified mediator. "The modules are not for studying, they are for exchanging ideas, experiences, and serve as a laboratory where everyone brings their knowledge to create a better work component for everyone, reverberating from inside to outside and outside to inside," explains Capellari, president of Atitus Education.
Redirection acted as exclusive advisor to Atitus Educação in the incorporation of CNEX.
