Viva Santé is a private French health group with annual sales of R $ 1.1 billion focused on treating complex injuries and prescription-free medicines, with a portfolio of leading brands such as Urgo, Humex and Juvamine. With the acquisition of LM Farma in Brazil, one of the largest companies dedicated to the treatment of wounds and healing, Viva Santé concluded an important milestone in its expansion plans for Brazil and Latin America.
LM Farma was the last independent company in the Brazilian wound healing sector, where it competed with industry giants like Smith & Nephews and Convatec.
Intuitu (Clairfield France) has a good relationship with Viva Santé, which analyzed many potential acquisitions around the world through the Clairfield International network. The opportunity to buy LM Farma came about through Clairfield Brazil. The Franco-Brazilian team completed the transaction in 6 months, from the first meeting in February to deal closure in August, including coordination of the due diligence process and legal aspects.
